The Qidi Q2 uses some no name CZL-350D-24 power supply with a fan that runs continuously even with no load.

Fortunately it can easily be upgraded to a Mean Well LRS-350-24 for about $20.

Simply power it off and unplug it, tilt the printer back to expose the underside and remove the cover over the wires. Take note of the connections and swap the mean well supply using the same wiring.

The mean well supply has adaptive fan speed control so when the printer finishes a job and turns off the motors the power supply fan will shut off making the printer completely silent. It also has a much larger output capacitance which should help reduce noise on the load cell.
